Meet our head chef  CHEF KUMAR

Chef Kumar has more than 25 of years of culinary experience as chef/cook under his belt, including various luxury hotels like - Hotel InterContinental®, Le Méridien and Holiday Inn.
Chef Kumar had the honour of serving delicious cuisines to hundreds and thousands of patrons in various cities in India, Thailand, United Kingdom, Indonesia and Canada. His menu planning, plating skills, garnishing and presentation led him to represent his hotel at various international food competitions and festivals.
Chef Kumar is the inspiration behind the unique blends offered at Bay Leaf Bistro.
